Melinda Grigsby is the devoted wife and ministry partner of Sr. Chaplain Jonathan Grigsby. They have been happily married for 11 years; Melinda birthed the ministry and vision of Institute of Koinonia Relationships which was given to her husband. Melinda is the dedicated mother and bonus mother to four children, Amber, Micah, Shamen and Noah.

Melinda was born and raised in Roanoke, AL. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Auburn University at Montgomery. She later to move to Atlanta where she met her “knight in shining armor”. Melinda has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources/Benefits.

In ministry, Melinda can be found alongside her husband working with singles to prepare them for marriage and to help couples rejuvenate their marriage. Melinda thrives on helping families maintain the family unit.
